#0407of the HARLEY OWNERS GROUP Our Chapter was first chartered in February, 1984 and it was the very first Chapter in all of HOG.Being the first HOG Chapter we also had the privilege of having the first National HOG member, who's membership number was 0001. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be a simple one: "To Ride and Have Fun."
